USCIS Increases Premium Processing Fees, Effective March 1


USCIS is increasing the premium processing fees for immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. The new fees will take effect on March 1, 2026, and must be paid with submission of Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing.

The table below, provided by USCIS, reflects the new premium processing fees associated with forms for immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions.
