The DOS has released the April Visa Bulletin. It has been noted that in the original announcement there was a date discrepancy between the Final Action Date for EB-2 India between the PDF version of the document and the web-based version of the Visa Bulletin. The DOS confirmed that the EB-2 Final Action Date for India should be April 15, 2012, and have updated the documents stating otherwise.
USCIS has also announced that like the March Visa Bulletin, for all family-sponsored preference categories you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the April 2024 Visa Bulletin and for employment-based preference categories you must use the Final Action Dates chart.
