The Department of State has issued the December 2019 visa bulletin. For the December 2019 visa bulletin, both employment-based preference filings and family-based preference filings should refer to the priority dates under the “Dates of Filing” section to see if they are eligible to file their adjustment of status or submit their required documentation to the National Visa Center.
