USCIS announced on Friday May 2, 2014, that data entry of all Fiscal Year 2015 H-1B cap petitions has been completed. They will now begin returning all H-1B cap petitions that were not selected in the lottery.
USCIS announced on Friday May 2, 2014, that data entry of all Fiscal Year 2015 H-1B cap petitions has been completed. They will now begin returning all H-1B cap petitions that were not selected in the lottery.
Unfortunately, they did not clarify if all of the H-1B receipt notices for selected cases have been sent to the petitioning employers. Based on what we’ve seen, we think most, but not all, have been sent and/or received by H-1B employers. However, we will keep you posted over the next week as this story develops.
