Following a comprehensive review of more than 3900 public comments regarding the USCIS filing fee structure, USCIS announced a new filing fee structure that will be effective July 30, 2007. Applications or petitions postmarked or otherwise filed on or after July 30, 2007 must include the new fee or the case will be returned as rejected.
