USCIS has issued a notice that they will be holding a webinar to provide an instructional presentation of the new H-1B electronic registration system on the myUSCIS website for registrants on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
USCIS will be holding a webinar the following week, February 11th, for Attorneys and Representatives.
H-1B cap-subject petitioners, including those eligible for the advanced degree exemption, are required to first register prospective beneficiaries electronically with USCIS and pay the associated H-1B registration fee in order to enter the beneficiaries into the selection process for filing an H-1B cap-subject petition for FY 2021.
USCIS is hosting this webinar to allow users to familiarize themselves with the new electronic registration process.
