One Big Beautiful Bill Act Imposes New Immigration Fees


On July 4, 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act was signed into law. Under Title X, the Act outlined several new immigration fees to be implemented. These fees include (but aren’t limited to):

– A $250 Visa Integrity Fee, to be paid once a nonimmigrant visa is issued.
– A $550 fee for Parole EADs or a minimum fee of $275 for renewals or extensions.
– A $24 fee to be paid upon the application of Form I-94.
– A $40 ESTA fee for Visa Waiver Program Applications.
– A $30 EVUS fee for Chinese nationals holding B-1/B-2 visas.
– A $500 fee for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications.

USCIS announced that some fees would be collected on and after July 22, 2025. Others, such as the Visa Integrity Fee and the Form I-94 Fee, will be collected in the future.
