Mr. Bashyam and Ms. Pam Prather, the firm’s Client Relations Manager, have also formed a charity to help people in need around the world. Called Friends Unite, the organization’s 501(c)(3) charitable mission is to provide funding and support for the advancement of education, health services and other basic necessities, such as food, water and shelter, which are often compromised by poverty.
