Inflation-Adjusted Immigration Fees to Take Effect January 1, 2026


When USCIS published a federal register notice in July this year announcing that certain immigration-related fees would be changing, they also noted that these fees would be adjusted every fiscal year based on inflation. As such, another federal register notice announced the adjusted fees for the upcoming fiscal year (FY) 2026. The new fees will take effect on January 1, 2026.

According to the notice, the adjustments are based on inflation from July 2024 through July 2025. The forms and related fees (as noted on the federal register) are as follows:

The following fees are not impacted, according to the new Federal Register notice:
