The H-1B cap season is upon us!
USCIS will accept cap registrations between March 7th and 24th, 2025. Lottery selection results are expected by March 31st or early April.
During this period, prospective petitioners and representatives must use a USCIS online account to register each beneficiary electronically for the selection process and pay the associated registration fee for each beneficiary.
If you are an employer and want to sponsor employees in the H-1B cap, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get things ready for the cap filing in March.
