The Department of State released its February 2024 Visa Bulletin, showing modest advancement in Worldwide EB-2 and EB-3, EB-3 India, and EB-5 China. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the diversity visa, the scheduled expiration for EB-4 religious workers, SIVs, and more. USCIS also announced that for February 2024, applicants in all family-sponsored preference categories and all employment-based preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart.
