About Mike
Mike Plueddemann is our Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner. He has 40 years of diverse HR experience in many industries such as construction, logistics, insurance, IT solutions and engineering. Mike has over 20 years of practical experience in the area of employment-based immigration covering all visa categories and Green Card processing.
In addition to his employment-based immigration experience, Mike’s expertise covers US and international employment law, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, AAP/EEO, payroll and talent acquisition. Mike’s hands-on international HR experience has been with employees based in the UK, Brazil, Germany, the UAE, South Africa,
India, China, Switzerland, Spain, France, Poland, Mexico, Singapore, and Norway.
As our Human Resources Business Partner, Mike works with our client’s HR and management teams assisting them with providing practical HR advice and guidance in dealing with day-to-day immigration situations and compliance. He provides employment-based immigration training from the HR point of view for the novice to the experienced HR professional. He also provides customized management and employee training sessions covering all facets of HR on a requested basis.
Mike is a graduate of East Carolina University and earned a MBA from Averett University in Danville, VA.
