Beginning April 1, 2026, USCIS will only accept the new edition of Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.
The new edition was released on February 27, 2026. Until March 31, USCIS will accept both the current and new editions of Form I-129 but will reject any 01/20/2025 editions filed on or after April 1st.
