The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) updated its Fiscal Year 2012 H-1B cap count as of June 13, 2011. Here are the most recent cap numbers: 1) Regular H-1B Cap: 15,200 and 2) U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 10,200.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) updated its Fiscal Year 2012 H-1B cap count as of June 13, 2011. Here are the most recent cap numbers: 1) Regular H-1B Cap: 15,200 and 2) U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 10,200.

This represents only a small increase in H-1B numbers since the last update on May 25, 2011.  The regular H-1B cap is set at 65,000 and the Advanced Degree cap is set at 20,000.
