DOS Releases January 2011 Visa Bulletin

U.S. Department of State released the January 2011 Visa Bulletin.  Here’s how things have changed since December.

Employment-Based Category Two (EB-2):

• China – advanced 14 days
• India – did not advance

Employment-Based Category Three (EB-3)

• All Other Chargeability Areas – advanced 1 month
• China – advanced 7 days
• India – advanced 9 days
• Philippines – advanced 1 month
• Mexico – advanced 9 months
