U.S. Department of State released the August 2011 Visa Bulletin. Here’s a breakdown of how things have changed since July.
Employment-Based Category Two (EB-2):
China – advanced 1 month and 7 days
India – advanced 1 month and 7 days
Employment-Based Category Three (EB-3):
All Other Chargeability Areas – advanced 23 days
China – advanced 7 days
India – advanced 1 month
Philippines – advanced 23 days
Mexico – advanced 4 months
Unfortunately, there wasn’t much movement for August in the EB-2 category for Chinese and Indian nationals. The biggest move forward was EB-3 for Mexico.
