• China – advanced 4 months
• India – advanced 6 months
  

Employment-Based Category Three (EB-3)

• All Other Chargeability Areas – advanced 10 months
• China – advanced 1 months
• India – advanced 3 months
  
• Philippines – advanced 10 months
• Mexico – Unavailable
