Regular H-1B Cap: 60,700
U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 20,000 (Finished)
The regular H-1B cap is set at 65,000 and the Advanced Degree cap is set at 20,000.
The regular H-1B cap is very close to being exhausted. At the rate of filings per week, we predict that this cap will be finished within weeks.
Employers who want to file H-1B petitions for eligible, professional workers should do so as soon as possible.
