Humanitarian Visas

United States immigration laws protect immigrants from those who wish to use your status against you, or who try to threaten you with your status.  If you have a family member, employer, or anyone else who has committed a crime against you, you may qualify for a type of humanitarian visa, allowing you to remain in the United States and obtain legal status.

You may feel very vulnerable and scared to ask questions during this time.  The team at Bashyam Global Immigration Law Group is here for you.  We have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, crime, and human trafficking.  We will sit down with you in a confidential manner and hear your story, supporting you along every step of the way.  Call us today to schedule a consultation.

Hear it from our clients

"Whenever I had a concern about my son’s case, they always had a response for me. I would call and text and if they did not answer at the moment, they would return my call or text. I always had good communication and obtained the best service in person. Allison is an excellent attorney, and after God, she helped us obtain my son’s residence. I am very grateful to her for the work she completed. I recommend her if you would like to open a case as she is an excellent attorney. You will be in good hands as she advocates for the best result in any case. We are grateful and satisfied with her service."
